antique bottle, trade beads and peyote stitch

Here is an antique bottle, complete with air bubbles and iridescence from age, made into a necklace with trade beads and peyote stitching.

more wands

I finished these two wands, the larger one took about 8 hours from start to finish. that one has a very pretty rutile quartz point. the rutile is a gorgeous golden. this one is my "harvest goddess" wand. i really am in the autumn mood, my colors are really reflecting it. there is the little goddess bead and then some leaves and flowers, in the dangles.

Two more smaller wands, i need to bead the larger one next. I just can't decide on the colors.....

boxes

I have always collected boxes. I love that they are capable of holding precious things. I made these ( just painted and decorated) to hold and carry my crafts to and from the Fall Festival. I am also in the process of putting together a special box, one that will hold sacred things ( at least sacred to me). Some of the contents will be gathered things and others will be things I have made. I am enjoying this project! (will post a pic when completed)
